Allergy testing performed at Daleridge Family Practice is for adult and adolescent patients only. A skin test involves  either a gentle prick with a drop of allergen extract on the surface of your arm or an injection of a small amount of  allergen extract into the skin. This method may result in mild swelling and a reddening of the skin, which tells the doctor  that you have an allergy. For most patients this method requires about one hour and is not very painful.  A referral from  your current doctor required.

 Consult doctors about the wide range of pain control methods available to patients.

 ​Hyperhidrosis is a condition where the body produces excessive sweat, which can occur of the hands, underarms, and  face (blushing and sweating of the face).  Our doctors can diagnose and treat this condition with Botox® injections.  A  referral from your current doctor is required.

 Migraine Therapy

​ Botox® injections for chronic migraines in adults are available with a referral from your current physician.  BioScript      pharmacy is available to handle all recurring prescriptions for this pain management.

 Assessments such as Driver's medical exams and other pre-employment examinations can be performed at Daleridge  Family Practice.  Because some of these assessments can be time consuming, it is recommended that you call the clinic  to book the appointment to ensure availability for the assessment you need.

 Please Note:  There is a fee to complete the Drivers Medical.  There are applicable  fees for other examinations, which our friendly staff are more than happy to discuss with you.

 Women's health can be discussed in a regular visit with one of our physicians, and follow up appointments may be  made for procedures and exams.  These can be booked with a short wait time.  Services include:
